I have been mentoring sailors for 30 + years in Professional Development, Career advice, Family counseling, Finances, Mental Health related issues, Fitness and change of lifestyle to name a few areas. I thoroughly enjoy coaching on the same topics of interest and have expanded my knowledge base to include becoming certified as a Life and Health Coach through Health Coach International (HCI) and I am a graduate of their Mastery program.

My clients are anyone that needs help with Depression, Anxiety, Stress and Depression (DASH). Special focus on the following occupations: Military and Family Members, First Responders, Educators, Students, Health Care Workers, Security Field, Financial Advisors, Social Workers, Public Services and Government Agencies (e.g., Transportation Security Administration – TSA workers), Relation Service Careers (e.g., Education, Marketing, Entertainment, Advertising), Single Parents, Counselors, Therapists, Pilots, etc.

Basically, my ideal customer is someone that works in high stress related occupations! I have a special interest in people that are dealing with Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) and military members that are reintegrating back into civilian life after serving our country.
ROI Coaching is a Veteran owned company. I had the honor and privilege of serving my country in peacetime and in combat for 30 years while in the United States Navy.
